In 2010, a new policy will take effect making software download the default method of delivering software upgrades to the majority of Autodesk Subscription customers. As a result, Autodesk will begin phasing out automatic boxed shipments of software upgrades to Subscription customers. If they prefer a DVD/CD, they can submit a request in Subscription Center and Autodesk will ship a box at no additional cost.
